Returns

Roqqett creates a greater post purchase experience for customers to help differentiate your e-commerce store and to attract customers back again. One of the ways we achieve that is through our Returns Countdown Timer.

The premise of this component is simple. A simple visual timer lets the consumer know how long they have left to return an item based on the returns policy of the merchant. It looks like this.

The component will also have the following states depending on the delivery status of the order. The "Not yet returnable" state will exist prior to the item being delivered if the Parcel Tracking functionality is deployed. If Parcel Tracking is not deployed, then the return date will be estimated. Both of these states are shown below.

The end states of the Return component occur when the returns period has expired, or the item has been returned. These end states are shown below.
